Yes. You can add in multiple email address by leaving a space between the email addresses. |

REDiSAFE is a secured appliance. Capacity is fixed and the machine is not upgradeable physically. We can provide upgrades through professional services. |

What are the difficulties for transferring all the data when upgrading to a bigger capacity unit? How is the synchronization done? Will the customer have free/upgrade plans for using the single IP to control multiple REDiSAFEs later on? |

Synchronization will take time from one hardware to another depending on the amount of data. There are not many difficulties though. It’s simple with little attention needed. We will just simply need to put in a new server in the same network as the existing, point the existing server to the new server and paste a unique key to match-make the two servers.
As to using single IP to control multiple REDiSAFEs, this is currently in our pipeline. However, this is built on a totally different architecture. It will not be purely an upgrade. It is a major change from the current to this plan in pipeline. |

Are there any utilities to check the logging in and out of users? |

You should receive a summary email everyday at your administrator email addresses. The summary email will record which users’ scheduled backup has been completed. Also, if you look at the status page, you can see if there is any connection to the server.

It is called “REDiSAFE Restore”. There’s no need for customization for client’s side. |

If user is connected through VPN, there’s no additional configuration to be done. Once the user can VPN back to the office, the backup and restore can be done normally. |

Yes. If everyone were to backup their data at the same time, the network will be slowed due to the over-crowding effect. This is especially so if many users are performing backup for the 1st time. REDiSAFE recommends users to backup at different timings. |
